We do not offer a nationwide installation service. Instead we specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of hand dryer products. However, we may be able to recommend a qualified electrician in your area.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in a ‘brand new’ condition. Please contact us to let us know if you need to return a hand dryer. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the unwanted item at an agreed time and location. This will be free of charge. You are only liable for paying for the original delivery charges. This will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please allow 7-14 working days for us to process your refund.

No fuss, no quibbles, in the unlikely event that you experience a problem – we’ll collect, repair, and return your hand dryer at our cost, getting you back up and running in no time at all.
